J & J Communications was established in 1997 as an independent wholesaler of new and refurbished telecommunication equipment.  Our goal then, and still today, is to provide the best equipment at the best prices.  In our 14 years of business we have proven ourselves to be leaders in our industry by providing these quality products and great customer service.  We guarantee that you will be happy with our product and our pricing, or you may return the equipment for any reason in the first 30 days.  Our business has been built on the repeat business from our satisfied customers and we plan to keep it that way.

J & J Communications offers complete inventories of Avaya, Nortel, Cisco, Panasonic, Vodavi and Toshiba equipment.  With our large inventories, most orders will ship the same day they are placed.  J & J Communications is also pleased to offer free technical support on all of the equipment purchased from us.  If you are in need of technical support and did not purchase the equipment from us, we can still help for a fee. 

At J & J Communications we stand behind all our equipment with a minimum one year advanced replacement warranty.  In the unlikely event you have any problems with our equipment we will ship a replacement item with a prepaid call tag to return the defective item.

J & J Communications is also very proud to offer an in house repair facility.  We repair all the equipment we sell and charge a simple flat rate.  If we can not repair an item for some reason, there is no charge to you.  All our repairs are backed by a one year warranty.
